    Recipe:

    Cucumber and onion Salad:

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup cider_vinegar  (17cals)
    3 Tbsps water
    1/4 cup extra_virgin_olive_oil  (531cals)
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 Medium sized cucumbers, peeled and sliced (90cals)
    1 large red or white onion , peeled and sliced into rings (46cals)
    Directions
    Step: 1Place cucumber and onion slices in a shallow bowl. In a small bowl, mix
    together vinegar, oil , salt, pepper and water. Pour over the vegetables and
    gently toss to coat evenly. Chill before serving.

    Exercise tip:

    When you go to the gym always do your weights first and then your cardio. Weights also can burn as much.....if not MORE fat that cardio so get a good mix of both!

    Tip:

    So long as you don't abuse laxatives this is a great way to assess whether or not your digestive system and bowels are working fast enough.
